Preferences
Theme, density, rail behavior in editors and default time. Your name comes from your account.
Where to find it
- In the navigation rail: Settings → Preferences.
- ⌘K → Preferences….
Main actions
- Your name: your account name, recorded on approvals, baselines, decisions, test runs and comments. Change it on the Account page; see Your Account.
- Theme: Light, Dark, or Browser Theme (follows the system). The moon/sun button in the top bar switches between light and dark.
- Density: Automatic (compact at 1440 px and narrower), Comfortable or Compact.
- Navigation in diagram and whiteboard editors: the same rail state as other pages, or its own (for example Hidden, for more canvas).
- Default time for new date values.
- Clean Preferences… resets the interface settings kept in this browser (theme, rail and inspector state, editor tabs, columns). Projects are not touched.
