Questions
What happens when the free trial ends?
Nothing is charged. If you do not subscribe, your account moves to the Free plan. Your projects stay; AI features then need your own key.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel in the billing portal. Your plan continues until the end of the period you paid for, then the account moves to the Free plan.
Do you give refunds?
Yes. Ask within 14 days of the first payment of a subscription for a full refund. Paddle refunds it to the original payment method. Details are in the Refund Policy.
Is Holarch free for students?
Yes. Students and instructors use the Free / Academic plan for coursework and teaching. See For Classes.
What counts as AI usage?
The AI requests you start: Ask AI, AI quality reviews, rewrites, function extraction, generated requirements, test cases, risks and clipart. Included AI covers normal use with fair-use limits that reset each month. Requests that use your own key don't count toward those limits; your provider bills you for them.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
It is kept. Content above the limits of the Free plan becomes read-only until you are within the limits again. Nothing is deleted.
Can I store export-controlled or classified data?
No. The hosted service is not for CUI, ITAR/EAR or classified information. For regulated work, ask about Enterprise (self-hosted).
