AI Settings and Keys

Shows which AI key your requests use, manages your keys, and attaches reference files to a project.

Where to find it

✦ AI ▾ → AI Settings…, ⚙ in the Ask AI panel, ⌘K → AI Settings…, or the account button → AI Settings…. Keys are also under Account Settings → AI keys.

Key in use: yours, your organization's, or none; see Which AI Key Is Used.
Providers: Anthropic API, OpenAI API, Gemini API and Azure OpenAI, each with your own API key. The provider bills your account with it.
Your keys: provider, the last 4 characters, who added the key and when it was last used, with Test and Remove. Add Key needs your password; see Add an AI Key.
Usage this month against the monthly limit; see AI Usage and Limits.
Remember previous prompts keeps Ask AI conversations between sessions in this browser.
AI reference files (this project): packages of files (.txt .md .csv .json .xml .html .docx .reqif); the active package is added to generator, summary and chat prompts. Packages are kept in this browser.
