Produce a Review Package

Baseline the model and assemble the documents, report and slides for a design review.

Baseline the project: Plan & Deliver → Baselines & Versions, type a name such as “PDR” and press Enter. Baseline each specification from its Baselines tab with the approvers.
Write the review report as a document (Needs & Requirements → Documents → + New Document). Insert live diagram pictures and query tables with the rich-text editor's + Add (Diagram…, Table Notation…).
Open Plan & Deliver → Review Packages, click + Create Compilation, and add each document with Add Document to Compilation… on its card, or Insert Document… in the compilation.
Export the package: in the compilation choose Reports → Basic Document Output (Word). Revision History and Approvals tables are filled from the baselines.
Build the slides: Plan & Deliver → Presentations → + Create Presentation. Add slides with + New Slide ▾ (the Entity Metadata template stays linked to the model) and pictures with Images ▾.
Present with ▶ Present ▾, or download PowerPoint, HTML or Word from Export ▾ in the top bar.
Add the RVTM, ICDs and risk register exports as needed (each page's Export ▾).
