Presentations
Slide decks built from the model. A presentation is an Artifact labeled Presentation; each slide is a child Artifact with comments and history.
Where to find it
- In the navigation rail: Plan & Deliver → Presentations.
- A deck opens at
presentation/<id>;?slide=<n>opens a slide.
Main actions
- + Create Presentation (top bar) creates the deck with a title slide. The card ⋯ adds Present and Download as HTML.
- Editor top bar: Export ▾ (current slide as PNG or SVG; the deck as Web Page (HTML), PowerPoint (PPTX) or Microsoft Word (DOCX)) and ▶ Present ▾ (from the beginning or the current slide).
- Toolbar: Info…, + New Slide ▾ (Title Card, Title with Body, Section Header, Headers with Body, Two Columns, Entity Metadata, Caption, Blank), Add Existing Slide…, Text, Shapes ▾, Images ▾ (Upload Image…, Whiteboard or Frame (Live)…, Picture of a diagram, document, chart or other artifact), Math, Background…, Settings….
- Shapes: drag to move, corner to resize, top dot to rotate; the properties panel sets position, size, text, fill and order.
- Slide panel: drag to reorder; right-click for Duplicate, Open Slide, Remove Slide and Delete from Database. Notes go under the canvas.
Tips
- Entity Metadata slides stay linked to the entity's number, name and description.
- Presenting: → or Space next, ← previous, Esc exits.
