Getting Around Holarch
Manage Projects
The start page: every project you are a member of, with folders, sorting and project tools.
Where to find it
- Manage Projects at the bottom of the rail, or the Holarch logo when no project is open.
Main actions
- + New Project (top bar): name, description and folder, then Create & Go.
- Project Files ▾ (top bar): Create Sample Project, Create Demo Project, Import Project (.json)…, Refresh List.
- Find a project filters by name, description and folder; start with
id:to search by project id. Columns ▾ chooses the columns; click a column header to sort. - Folders (left): All, each folder with its count, No folder; + Folder, Rename and Hide empty. Set a project's folder in its preferences; a new name creates the folder.
- Row menu ⋯: Open, Edit this project's preferences…, Project Info…, Copy this project…, Export this project…, Restore Earlier Version…, Share…, Pin project, and for owners Delete this project….
Tips
- Only owners delete a project. It stays in the server's Trash for 30 days, then it is deleted for good.
- Pinned projects come first in the project menu of the top bar.
