Risks placed on the project risk matrix by probability and consequence.

Where to find it

• Risk & Decisions overview page, Diagrams at the bottom of the rail (+ Create Diagram ▾), an entity's Open ▾, or the type selector in the top bar of any diagram of a suitable root.

Main actions

• Levels, + New Risk, Relate Existing Risk…, Edit Risk Matrix…, a label filter and Risk Register. ✦ AI ▾ → Generate Risks… proposes risks.
• Click a cell for + New Risk Here. ⚙: show names or numbers in cells.
• Edit Risk Matrix… sets the project risk scale: size, likelihood and consequence definitions, risk levels and the level of each cell, with the presets Default 5 × 5 and MIL-STD-882E. The Risk Register, the Risk Matrix chart and burn-downs use the same scale.
