Working Together
Everyone with access edits the same project at the same time. Each change is saved to the server and reaches the others within a second.
Where to find it
- The live indicator (⇄) and the people in the project appear next to the save status at the top. Click them for Changes by Others… and Conflicts….
Main actions
- Presence: the round badges show who else has the project open. Point at a badge to see the person's role and the page or item they are on.
- Changes by others: a notice names the person and the number of items they changed. Show changes lists the items and fields.
- Conflicts: when two people change the same field before seeing each other's change, the newer change is in place and the other is kept under Conflicts. Choose Keep Mine, Keep the other person's, or Edit… to combine them. A change to an item someone deleted at the same time is listed the same way; Restore with This Edit brings the item back.
- Undo: ⌘Z undoes your own changes only. A field someone changed after you keeps their value.
- Offline: when the connection drops, the save status reads Offline – changes kept on this device. Keep working; the changes are sent when the connection is back. Click the save status to reconnect at once.
- Quarantine: changes the server or this page refused (damaged or unsafe content) are listed under Quarantine in the Conflicts view.
Tips
- Viewers see every change as it happens but cannot edit.
- If an owner restores or imports the whole project, open pages reload it and show a notice.
- If you lose access while the project is open, it closes. When changes were not sent yet, the notice offers Download a copy.
