Where to find it
- Click a description or document text field.
Main actions
- + Add: ✦ AI Content…, Image…, Table…, Code snippet, Line, Link…, Embedded Link (Document)…, Embedded File…, Diagram… (a live picture of a diagram or whiteboard), Entity Notation… (a live attribute value of another entity), Table Notation… (a live query table), Special Character….
- Formatting: paragraph style, bold, italic, underline, more styles, lists, indent, alignment, tables (insert, add or delete rows and columns, merge cells; also on right-click), link, colors, font and size, HTML source, fullscreen.
- ✦ works on the selection or current block: Improve it, Simplify it, Fix any mistakes, Make it shorter, Make it more detailed, Complete sentence, Change tone…, Translate…, Translate every block…, Insert AI Content…. The preview shows Current, Suggested and Changes; choose Replace, Retry or Discard.
Tips
- It saves when you leave the field or press ⌘↩; Esc cancels. A counter shows words and characters.
