Run a Quality Check
Score requirements against nine quality criteria and fix the weak ones.
- Open Needs & Requirements → Quality and choose the scope (all requirements or one document). From a document, use More ▾ → Quality Check.
- Click Run Quality Check in the top bar. Each requirement gets ✔ or ✘ on 9 criteria and a score.
- Point at a ✘ to see why, for example an ambiguous word such as “quickly”, a missing “shall”, or “and” joining two requirements.
- Fix the wording in the document, or select the requirement and use ✦ AI ▾ → Make Measurable… or Split into Singular Requirements…. Run the check again.
- For the judgment criteria (Correct, Feasible, Necessary), choose ✦ AI ▾ → AI Quality Review (N requirements)… and accept the results you agree with.
- Download the results with Export ▾ (Excel or CSV), or the document's Quality Checker Report.
